I'm so big!

4 Months and Growing...

I went to see my doctor today for my 4 month check-up. I had to get shots again but this time, I was really brave and bold. I cried for about 10 seconds b/c that poke made me mad (I have a bit of a temper!) but after that, I looked at my mommy and started laughing again. My doctor was really impressed with me. He said I was strong and had a good grip and he was amazed at how I held my head up while on my tummy. (I was showing off for him!) I weighed 15.9lbs today and am 25.75 inches long (almost 26...rats!). I am in the 90% for my height which is really good. Mommy and ESPECIALLY Daddy were excited. They are hoping I'll grow up to be tall. My daddy is really tall but my mommy is squatty. Mommy's grandfather and uncle were very tall though so maybe I'll get some of their unique height. We'll see. Either way, I'm still pretty cute....and I'm healthy....so that's all that matters.

Easter Weekend

I had a fun 1st Easter. I didn't hunt any eggs. I'm not big enough yet. But my mom made me wear a pair of silly bunny ears one day and I didn't like it too much. I spent Easter Sunday in Canton with my mommy's side of the family. I had another "first" this weekend, too. My Grandaddy Hunter bought me a cow! Yes, I have my own little heifer. She was so cute. She is living at the pasture with my Grandadddy's horse, Thunder. I got to see Thunder for the 1st time, too! He is big!!! I can't wait to be big, too; I want to ride Thunder and play with my little calf. Grandaddy Hunter said I might be able to ride the tractor in the pasture with him this summer when it gets warm. I'm excited about that. I love to be outside and those cows were really neat. My Daddy and Grandaddy practiced shooting the shotgun at the turtles by the pond. Daddy says we're going to go fishing at the pond this summer. How fun!
