My Daddy is always "guns up" for Texas Tech. He really wants me to go to college there but my Mama says my blood really bleeds purple...something about an old duck named OSCAR P. She wants me to go to Tarleton.

My Grandaddy Hunter loves to hold me. He tells me I'll get to ride the tractor with him some day when I'm big. I can't wait! Maybe he'll let me drive!

Busy time for us at the Washington house.....I'll send more pics and give details of his birth later in the week. For now, please keep us in your prayers. Thank you for the many phone calls, cards, visitors at the hospital, and good wishes. We love you and are so excited about our new little man. He is absolutely gorgeous! We will be making our first trip to the doctor Tuesday morning to re-check Ramsey's jaundice levels and are hoping for a good report. As many of you know, I had some complications during delivery and ended up having an emergency c-section. Ramsey developed jaundice and we had to stay at the hospital a couple of days longer for him to "fake bake" under the lamp. We arrived home Saturday night at 7pm. Everything is going great now....and we're adjusting to new sleep routines (well, I'M ADJUSTING to new sleep routines! LOL). Ramsey is breast feeding like a champ and I am totally loving motherhood. I can't imagine what life was like before this....it's truly amazing. Love to all....and more to come.
